Subject: Increased Scope of Work
on Contract 1T2
Dear Sir:
Recently, the Project Officer of your organization
visited our ~ -~ ~_ _ _

requested that sup~ly quantities of primacord "cross"
connectors, pr macord "L' connectors, and special end cups,
in addition to the various types of connectors we have
contracted to deliver to your organization.
These new requirements constitute an increase in
the scope of work on the subject contract; however, we cannot
determine the cost of this increased work at this time. There-
fore, we shall work within the current contract funds until
such time that it becomes evident that supplementary funds,
and the amount of which, will be required.
We shall devote our best efforts to comply with the
Project Officer's request as soon as possible, and we hope that
this contractual method of handling the increased work will be
acceptable to you.
