Gentlemen:-
SUBJECT - CONTRACT 112 - TASK II
You are referred to our letter of November 14th
requesting additional funds under this Task.
The conditions outlined in letter of November
14th remain as stated. However, we have revised downward
our cost estimate and we now offer the following:-
Total
17,633.21
In other words, there is no change in estimated
labor or materials and the lower cost is accounted for by
reduction in overhead and G. & A.
In accepting additional funds under this contract
we believe that we have the solution to this problem, but
we cannot be sure of this at this time. Because of this un-
certainty, we cannot accept a firm commitment but must continue
to work on a "best efforts" basis.
If this arrangement is satisfactory to you and
inasmuch as funds are depleted, we ask for fast consideration
of this proposal.
