ni)th provided it was determined that these meetings served a useful
pose. He mentioned also that CIA is now being represented at the
Saute-JCS Meetings.
2. Executive Order 1.0450
25X1A9a discussed the new security requirements under
Executive Order 10450, explaining how they affect this Agency and
wherein they differ from the previous requirements.
3. Presidential Directive
Mr. Dulles explained the new Presidential Directive regarding
the passing of classified information to foreign nationals.
