Projects and Studies in Process 25X1 a. Logistical Requirements and World-wide Stocks (continued) Data has been submitted to the PM Staff covering all area divisions preferences or substitutions in lieu of preferred items, and ultimate goal requirements. This data is being presented to the respective area divisions by the PM Staff for coordination prior to submission to higher echelons for approval. Concept of Organization for Administrative Support (new) The Planning Section, C & R Staff, is engaged in a study to determine a feasible method of organizing Agency administrative support personnel in order to provide a flexible and efficient means of administratively supporting projected unconventional warfare activities for cold and hot war situations. C. WE some of which must be hand-carried to the Warehouse, materiel -picked up and air cargoes to destination or returned to Ilead- /~ quarters for pouching. This series of crash items is to cor_tikK until the middle of January. A number of items are presently being requisitioned to set up new field offices, safehouses, etc. (1) This Division has had a number of crash requisitions, (2) The Coordinator's report of a trip to con- cerning the deactivation of this station to caretaker status, is in process. This report will be forwarded as soon as completed. 25X1A2D1 (1) Coordinated six (6) inquiries on a,IA's of FE cargo and personal effects shipments with the Transportation Division. (2) Coordinated six (6) inquiries on 25X1 Agency procured vehicles, deeds of trust, authority o se_ ., etc., with the Supply Division. e. Military Liaison (1) Furnished this Staff, as well as the Procurement and Su-oply Divisions, information on Army items deleted from procure- ment Drogram because of excessive lead time. Those tested were found unsatisfactory; development continues on this item.
