Tbe Bureau of the :Budget Pepre entative brought up the question of
a central place for tbepre as to go to present complaint* or inquiries
concerning either general, or- particular matters.
, In regard to the committee's eecision to we 4 security advisory
committee vith a full time executive secretary, the Department of Commerce
representative voted, in the negative.
The subcommittee held a lengthy discussion eoncerning the composition
of the security advisory comatittee but were not able to reach an a!rreement.
It-vas therefore earned that the members- would taXe this question back to their
respective agencies ard would. meet 4.taa1n on October 22,19511 at which time
it hopes to reach azreemont in reaard to the exact composition of the committee.
It vas agreed that the. subcommittee vould mcet on Monday, October 220
1951, at 2:00 p.m., for a further discuasion or the list of emzgestions
dated October 10 19511 furnished by Ian end other matters noted above.
