Approved For Release00/08/28 : CIA-RDP78-04202AQO100050014- 62 - s O NOV 19/5 MEMORANDUM FOR: Director of Training Director of Communications 25X1A Approved For Release 2000/08/28 : CIA-RDP78-04202A000100050014-4 The variety of learning experiences, coupled with the academic environment of the Industrial College, adds up to a broadening and enlightening experience which I believe very definitely enhanced my career and in- creased my value to the Agency. I am not familiar with the current curriculum, however, during the :1970 school year I found the core courses and computer-based games considerably more ef- fective than the foundation courses which were somewhat too broad based in their approach. The World Politics Simulation, for example, was particularly interesting in that it provided an insight into decision-making in the international political environment. It is my opinion that the peak of usefulness for attendance at the Industrial College is between ages 39-42 and around the GS-14 level.
