Dear Mr. Rodriguez:
Enclosed is a report of Federal Executive Institute activities thus
far in FY-1976 and during FY-1975. As explained in the "Overview"
to the report, we have a special interest in your views as to the
nature, length, and timing of the various programs which FEI should
schedule in FY-1977 and beyond.
Although the Institute maintains regular liaison with its alumni and
with agencies for feedback throughout the year, we want to hear a
sample of views at this time while we are making final plans for
FY-1977.
If we can arrange a time convenient for you, probably during the week
of December 9, I should be pleased to stop by your office to discuss
FEI's programs; or if you would prefer, we can talk on the phone or you
may send a written memo to me or to Chet Newland.
