Mr. Janney and myself have
carefully considered whether the
Agency should participate in the
Educational Program for Federal
Officials at Mid-Career offered
at Princeton and believe that the
courses offered may be of
significant value to certain Agency
employees of a real scholarly bent.
Initially, I would suggest we give
priority consideration to nominees
from the Intelligence or Science
and Technology Directorates. After
e have a more recent critique
rom one student, we will all be in
a better position, of course, to
determine if the course should
remain in our external training
"stable".

cover problem automatically

To repeat, however, it
