The schedule will be as follows: 2 November 1959 - Buses will. leave from the Brewery at 1 p. m. to take ushers and the reception committee to the site for orientation. 3 November 1959 - Buses will leave from the same location at 9:30 a. m. to take ushers and the reception committee to the site. After the ceremony, the buses will return to the black top area to pick up the ushers and reception committee for return to the Agency. Dark suit with a white blouse or a dark dress (preferably black or gray) Dark shoes - midheel would be advisable due to walking conditions. Also, due to possibly muddy conditions, leather shoes are advised. No flats please. Coats may be necessary if the weather is cold, and dark coats are preferred. Gloves and hats will not be worn. Handling the programs would be difficult with gloves. If it rains there probably will be no cover, and a raincoat, umbrella, and overshoes are suggested.
