1. The following report of accomplishments covering the
period since 30 June 1962 is submitted in response to reference:

Manua ve now been published. These include: (1) a

Further progress in this program will be delayed until the
new procedures are developed for the conversion of CONK
depots to Type I accountable activities.

2. The following objectives were established and
completed during the reporting period:
a. A preliminary study was made to determine the
