Mahon shortly to see how he would like to proceed with the CIA budget. If it were agreeable to Mr. Mahon, it might be well to suggest that the an the CIA budget consist of the' Chairman and ranking ach of the three sub-subcommittees listed above (with Chairman Cannon and Mr. Taber ex officio) rather than briefing the entire subcommittee as was done last year. It might also be well to suggest that the staff be limited to one or two members e staff members who were present last year.
