Registration
Cars will be cleared at the entrance gate and directed to the front
entrance of the ODM Building where all persons, excluding chauffeurs, will
register and obtain their security identification tags. Only persons display-
ing the proper security tag will be permitted beyond the topside area and
admitted to the Interim Assembly Room. Registration will be from 9:00 to
10:00 a. m.
Transportation to and from Interim Assembly Room
All persons attending the Interim Assembly Program will be transported
between the ODM Building and the mine portal in military vehicles.
Lunch
Box lunches will be served in the Interim Assembly Room. The
luncheon fee of $1.452 including coffee, milk, and doughnuts which will be
served from a snack bar in the Interim Assembly Room between 9:30 and
10:30 a. m, , will be collected at the time of registration. Chauffeurs can
obtain lunch at the cafeteria located topside for 65 cents.
Departure
The program in the Interim Assembly Room is scheduled to conclude
at 3:30 p.m. Considering the time required to walk from the Interim
Assembly Room to the mine portal, to be transported to the ODM Building
and to pick up automobiles, the departure time will probably be 4:30 p. m.
