Attached are proposed amendments to Volume 6, Foreign Affairs Manual,
which reflect the requirements of the Treasury Department and Title
22, section 123.32, regarding importation and exportation of per-
sonally owned firearms and ammunition.
It is requested that these revisions be published under 6 FAN 168.5
and 6 FAN 183.2-1, as indicated in the attachments.
