Effect of each Outage in Specific Areas
A.
Director of Central Intelligence
1. Rooms 7D>25 to 7D-35, Director of Central Intelligence and Deputy
Director of Central~Intelligence Suites >
Incandescent lighting (Office of DCI and DDCI have incandescent
lighting), telephones and KY~3's will not be affected. The
remainder of the system including the Director's special elevator
will be out for 90 seconds to several minutes at the commencement
of each test.
2. Room 6F-19, Director of Central Intelligence, Vietnam Task Force
All equipment, teletype and lighting will be out 90 seconds to several
minutes at the commencement of each test.
B. Deputy Director of Intelligence
Room 7F~33, Operations Center -
Equipment connected to Frantic power system will not be affected. All
other lights and equipment will, be out 90 seconds to several minutes
:.each test commencement.
C. Deputy Director for Plans
1. Room UC-47, Records Integration Division Computer Center >
All equipment and lights will be out 90 seconds to several minutes
at the commencement of each test.

a. GJ-56 plant -All equipment and lights will experience a 90 seconds
to several minutes outage at the commencement of each test.
b. 7G~29 plant -All equipment will be out 90 seconds to several minutes
at the commencerttent of each test except the two circuits connected
to the frantic system.
5. Room IE-26, Building Security Branch, Office of Security- KY-3, Radio's,
