If it does not, no action will be taken until the General Counsel has approved the request on behalf of the DCI. If the Deputy Director decides that it is an appropriate request, he may authorize the action and simultaneously send a copy to the General Counsel. e. Changes in Booklet "Retirement Service Program". CCS has suggested several changes in the booklet, and we understand it is now being reviewed by the CI Staff.
