A long time ago I mentioned at a noon meeting that we had
received a copy of the second annual report of the Intelligence Infor-
mation Handling Committee. You asked me if it contained anything of
critical interest to the Support Directorate. There are many things
of interest but I believe none of them are critical. The Offices of
Communications and Security have the primary interest and both of them
have copies. They are also in touch with the items of primary interest
to them.
Highlights of-the report are summarized in Chapter 2 beginning
on page 5 which also contains page references for items which may be of
particular interest.
is the CIA member of the Education and
Training Subcommittee of the Information Handling Committee and has
been closely involved with the content of Chapter 8.
n the Office of Security was a principle contrib-
utor to the content of Chapter 10.
There is a reference on page 46 to preparation of the STATSPEC
report by the use of EPIC. has been working very close y wit 25X1A
STATSPEC - these developments.
You may be interested in browsing through some of this but I
don't necessarily encourage it.
