Handling
1. Attached is the INC request for agency contributions
to the INC Annual Report and guidance for the content of
these contributions. I have forwarded copies of this guidance
to several of the interested components in each of the
directorates involved in Intelligence production.
2. 1 have passed to the INC Executive Secretary the
general content of our IPC meeting on this guidance,
indicating that the Agency contribution would concentrate
on major activities and achievements in information processing
over the period covered by the report.
3. To the extent that individual items in the directorate
contribution relate to the particular chapter in the attached
guidance, please indicate the appropriate chapters by
number at the end of each paragraph.
