ADMINISTRATION 1. Two letters were sent out dealing with administrative details connected with Mr. Kirkpatrick's coming lecture at the 25X1A9a Air War College and Mr. at the Armed Forces Staff College. 2. One briefing of a senior US official had to be completely scheduled and rescheduled three times because of unforeseen circumstances arising at State. 3.
