On 18 October a briefing on CIA was given at the Military
Assistance Institute for some 100 outgoing MAAG's.

On 13 October General Cabell gave the annual briefing on

CIA INTRODUCTION
This program was conducted on 17 October for 37 EOD's.
ADMINISTRATION
1. Two letters were sent out dealing with administrative
details connected with Mr. Kirkpatrick's coming lecture at the
25X1A9a Air War College and Mr. at the Armed Forces Staff
College.
2. One briefing of a senior US official had to be
completely scheduled and rescheduled three times because of
unforeseen circumstances arising at State.
3. A discussion was held with Miss to review 25X1A9a
recent changes in the NSC and USIB structures.
