1. ~~received a call Eton Mayor Mulcahy, Air Command and
Statf College, Maxwell, requesting that he lecture on the Soviet
political system in their 1960-1961 program. Since they hav? re-
vised the arrangement of their units of instruction, the lecture
will be scheduled early in October. A formal request will follow.
2. On Monday afternoo finished u SICts portion
of the training of Their superior,
the number three man was present at the
session and was given a summary of what ws accomplished in our
month-long program. We anticipate a critique of the program and
suggsstion+a on how it should be improved for the two trainees who
