V. Discussion. -

The Committee reviewed the above references*
commented that the site mentioned in Refer-
ence (1) sounds promising and may be worthwhile. He pointed out that
FOIAb3b1 might be able to move in before this site is vacated and
could get by in limited operations for several months.

than ever calls for all possible economy measures insofar as operations
