1. "ith reference to your memorandum of 28 August 1553 regarding
quarterly reports on Projects, there are attached
five copies of the fifth Projects report covering the period
:ending 30 September 1954. The section of this report covering 25X1 C4e
Projects will be submitted in the near future.
2. The facts and figures presented in this report reflect informa-
tion which was available and recorded in the Finance Division as at
30 September 1954. It is recognized that the figures are not in all
instances current in view of the unprocessed accountings on hand. Account-
ings on hand to be processed were considered in determining delinquency;
therefore, the processing of these items will affect only the "net equity
account" and will not clear delinquency in submittal of reports.
3. In completing the "Accounting Report Deficiency" section of this
report, we have indicated deficiencies where accountings presented could
under no circumstances be processed, and/or where accountings submitted
could be processed but would necessitate holding certain items in suspense
until such time as necessary schedules are received.
4. The "Protective Documents" section of this report indicates "none
required" unless the Project Administrative Plan provides that protective.:
documents are to be placed in the custody of the Finance Division.
