There has been received your letter dated April 22, 1947,
outlining the procedure to be followed by the State Department
in procuring published material abroad for the Central Intell-
igence Group.
The procedures as outlined are entirely satisfactory to
the Department with the two minor exceptions noted below which
have already been discussed with who has agreed with
the suggested changes.
