the Chief, Fiscal Section dated 20 May have been received.
2. It is the opinion of the undersigned that
it is in the best interests of CIG to provide for the trans-
25X1A2 portation of this employee from Departmental Headquarters to
g the location of project - rather than employing an
25X1A2g individual at wand bringing her here for indoctrination
and training. The training required is highly specialized and
cannot be obtained at project -
