1. The following information is submitted regarding above
subject:
a. Em o e will be on a minimum of 1 year tour of duty
b. It is desired to have employee's spouse accompany him.
c. It is also requested that transportation and expense be
provided so that his automobile can be shipped and used during
this tour of duty,
d. There will be a small amount of personal effects to be
shipped.
2. This tour of duty has been discussed with the Deputy Executive
and reference to his office may be made regarding authority for this
action.
3. Information is requested as to the procedure for obtaining
the necessary insiunisation at the earliest possible time inasmuch as
the proposed date of departure is 15 December 1949?
4. It is requested that necessary budget and administrative
implementation be provided at your earliest convenience.
