SE Division project on 21 July 1953 has been cancelled by that
Division based upon the reduction in program funds for the 'fiscal
year 1954 and certa:_n operational reasons,
2. The Project Review i:oedittee was advised of this action
in a memorandum to them from the SE Division on 10 November 1953.
