Specific - Rental of Warehouse Space

2. The space covered by this lease has been examined
land it has been determined that it will meet the demands. of the
mission adequately to cover its problems of proper stock control in a most
secure manner. Without such a warehouse area it will be impossible for the
station property officer to properly and securely administer the government-
owned furniture and fixtures which are accruing to the station with each new
arrival. We must have a place to which they can be moved and stored when
these individuals finish their touts and are replaced by other individuals
who will utilize this same furniture. It will also permit us to eliminate
what we consider a serious threat to our local security by giving us a
secure distribution point

5. Space such as this is difficult to locate anywhere, and we all consider
we have been very fortunate to acquire it here at this opportune moment.
We will take over the warehouse on 1 July 1954.
