1. There is attached hereto the details of an a reement
that has been entered in to by and
myself, is is sent in accordance with instructions contained
in and pursuant to para. 6 thereof, I have omitted my
signature.

cerned they matter is now dropped. I made up an extra copy for
his files, and I also retain one copy. If for any reason the
does not a ree with these figures, I can review the
question again with but by and large I feel that a fair
solution has been reached. We are both assuming that if we hear
nothing further at this end, the agreement has been approved in
Washington, and payment being effected at that end.
3. New subject. In accordance with instructions relayed

BUILDING AT
1. Whereas said room occu-
pies a space of a roximately 440 square fee out of an
estimated total square feet of office space in
the building, and whereas occupant

ways, that occupant
