anything specific on this subject, he obviously is very interested in the
Wort: being done by the human Resources Study Group and can be ex-
pected from time to time to request information about employee attitudes
and related matters. In fact, I believe the Director early-on assigned
WEC the responsibility :for reporting to him periodically on employee at-
titudes and opinions, OMS may be one of his principal sources on this
information, and we should anticipate his queries by continuing examina-
tion and study of these matters,

In view of the Director's interest in this matter, we can expect that
WEC will periodically ask what DD/S is doing about it, We should prob-
ably have OMS prepare a study with recommendations that would encourage
