officials are now Jar inhouse legal problems regarding the
funding of the new leadquarters building. We understand
that GSA is negotiating with them on the possibilities of
building and renting it to us. In view of the continued
delays and questionable success of this approach we intend
to again request OL investigate remodeling the warehouse
