fuel are exorbitant by our standards. Many personnel have spent several

ascertain such quarters are acceptable as ODYOKE quarters,
fairly priced, not luxurious nor ostentatious and are of a standard
comparable to other ODYOtC employees of similar grade status.
b. Any quarters costing more than 125 per cent of the ini
occupant' s quarters allowance will be personally inspected by
Chief of Station or the Deputy Chief of Station and a signed
random for the record will be filed attesting to the suitability of
the quarters for ODYOKE acquisition.
c, Whenever possible, long-term leases (five to ten years) will
be o9tained to Insure continued occupancy. Such leases will contain
sublet provisions.
