fourth quarter tax return and the second quarter 1955 tax return in the
25X1A amount of This amount represents taxes withheld apffcable
to 19% hourly contract employee earnings recorded by the Finance Divi-
: ion in the first calendar quarter of 1955 and paid to Internal Revenue
in July 1955 by the Fiscal Division which was reported as second quarter
