1. At the 20 November bi-monthly Office of
Medical Services Management Conference with the
Deputy Director for Administration, an FY 1975 OMS
objective providing for the examination
of some aspects of the Agency's subculture was dis-
cussed at some length.
2. The OMS at this conference submitted a
proposal for the initial effort in this area. It
is for a long-range study of career commitment
among Agency employees. A copy of this proposal
is attached.
3. It is recommended that OMS be provided
an opportunity to brief the Management Committee
on this proposal.
