MEMORANDUM FOR: Workshop Participants
SUBJECT: Administrative Package for the 7-9 February 1974
Meetings on Behavioral Research Objectives
1. The four attachments to this memorandum consist of:
a. a map to the =
25X1A - conference house;
b. administrative notes.on such matters as
travel, quarters and dining facilities, security and
cover, and emergency communications;
c. a tentative agenda for the Workshop sessions;
d. a suggested frame-of-reference for, at least,
our initial discussions.
2. The agenda and frame-of-reference paper are provided merely to
ensure a modicum of thrust and structure. If fresh approaches evolve from
Our initial discussions we will be quite happy to discard or revamp those
guidelines. It is partially for this reason, as well as the opportunity
it will provide for us to get acquainted informally, that we suggest the
participants arrive on Thursday evening. In the interim, should you
wish to suggest agenda changes or new perspectives, material sent to us
will be forwarded to all other participants.
3. ORD personnel will be at the facility by 1700 hours on,
Thursday, 7 February, and a buffet wil he served at 1800 hours. The
first working session will begin at 0900 hours on Friday and we expect
the 'Workshop to be concluded no later than Saturday noon. There will be
a bar gratuity of $2.00 per person for each evening spent at the site.

1 February at the latest, confirmation of his intention to attend the
Workshop and an indication of whether he will be present on Thursday
evening. Please call Drs on 25X1A
extension 2702 (code 143) in this connection or with respect to any
other matters--including, if you wish, coordination of car pool
arrangements. Material addressed to them should carry the designation,
"LS-./ORD/DD/S&T, Room 726, Ames Building."; those using external courier
services should prefix the above with, "Stop 64."
