REFERENCE My memorandum, dated 12 December
1973, subject as above (attached)
1. The retirement opportunity offered in
the referent memorandum for eligible personnel
is extended to 30 June 1974 since a projection
of our personnel situation still indicates that
we will have a surplus of personnel on that date.
2. Any eligible employee who desires to
retire under this authority should notify me as
soon as possible.
