As directed, revised goals for FY 1974 Black
staffing plans for the Annual Personnel Plan of
the Office of Medical Services are submitted.
This is reflected in the revised Section C (Equal
opportunity Staffing, GS Professionals Only) of
APP Table 2 (page 2) of this plan. The revised
page is attached. This reflects our plan to
recruit a black Staff Nurse by 30 June 1974.
