REFERENCE I OTS Memorandum to DCI, Same Subject,
dated 29 January 1974
The Directorate of Operations concurs in further
running of the Human Interaction and Assessment Laboratory
through FY 1975. At that time it is recommended a
detailed study should be undertaken by OTS in order to
ascertain any further demand. We would be particularly
interested in a study of DDO officers who have taken
this course and their views as to whether they have
benefited from it.
