To increase understanding of the behavior of others. 3.'.-To develop new interpersonal skills: To gain an understanding of accessment techniques. 11 'jf.The course, designed for Clandestine Service officers, consists of daily group sessions in .;which participants closely observe their own behavior as well as that of other members of the group, share feelings and reactions, and look for new and more effective ways of relating to others. ` The emphasis is on immediate experience, with participants analyzing behavior as :they are producing it. NOTE: This course is recommended for officers concerned with the assessment of target per- sonalties and the handling of operational assets.
