I. A special meeting of the Research, Development and Production Review
Board was held in the OC Conference Room at 1430 hours on 10 April
1956 and continued in Roam 2030 "1" Building on 19 April 1956 at
1330 hours. The following persons were in attendance or, 18 April:

25X1 1. The Engineering Division presented a proposal as received
from for the refurbishing of existing 0
equipment at a cost of $66.,000 and the procurement of addi;ional
25X1 prototypes of equipment at a cost of $133,000 each.
The Board had previously approved the refurbishing on the one unit,
and at this meeting decided that an additional three units should be
procured.
2. Consideration of the Research and Development Budget. The
Engineering Division submitte a proposed budget for consideration.
Attached to these minutes is a copy of the budget as approved by the
Board..
II. This meeting adjourned at 1630 hours on the 18th and continued on
19 April cczmnencing at 1330 hours in Room 2030 "I" Building. Those
in attendance at the second meeting were:
