1, I have noted the referenced memorandum and while I
do not wish to detract in any way from the admonition given
the Finance Division, I would like to have you understand per-
sonally that this Office is fully aware that you were not the
Chief nor the Acting Chief of the Finance Division at the
time that the irregularity occurred and that the incident is
not considered to be a reflection upon your individual compe-
tence.
2. The Assistant Director (Personnel) is being instruc-
ted to insure that the referenced memorandum does not become
a part of your personal file.
