Redelegation of Authority
1. Memorandum dated 1 December 1950 from the Director, CIA, pro-
vided for "assignments of responsibility and delegations of authority to
administrative officials contained in Confidential Funds Regulations".
This memorandum further provided that such officials could redelegate
their authority to designated subordinates. In accordance with the above
mentioned provisions, I hereby delegate the authority and responsibility
contained in the portions of the Confidential Funds Regulations listed
