1. The attached material presents a consolidated statement of
financial condition and supporting schedules for the Agency as of
30 April 1953. In form and arrangement, it follows the pattern of
the section of the report for 31 March 1953 dealing with the financial
position of the Agency except that the "Analysis of Advances" is
scheduled separately from the "Analysis of Cash" as of 30 April 1953.
2. A similar consolidation of the accounts of t1he Fiscal and
Finance Divisions as of 31 May 1953 awaits a reconciliation of accounts
number 135 on the books of the Fiscal and Finance Divisions,
