Approved For Release 2009/07/08: CIA-RDP78-05597A000200040053-3 CONFIDENTIAL 17 October 1955 MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD SUBJECT: Revised Production Forecast on Section 80 for FY 1956-57 1 ? stated that the proposed revised schedule for Section 30 for FY 1956-57 had been coordinated with Army and Air Force. 2. 1 hadl (check the proposed schedule against the Chapter I schedule to see if there are any inconsistencies. He has indicated a number of sections which are scheduled or forecast for completion after scheduled completion of corresponding sections 18. However, he did not regard any of these as serious except with respect to Area 39 (China). He feels very strongly that this should be looked into to determine whether or not they will be able to come up with the Section 18 on China in Septer nber 1956 as it is now scheduled. The Section 80 on 39A was published on 11 March 1954, but there has been no Section 80 produced for 39B, and none is scheduled or forecast. The Section 80 on 39A is fairly recent (1954). It is possible that they can prepare the Section 18 without the necessity of coming out with a maintenance on M. 3. To sum it up, the schedule proposed by Navy for the Sections 80 is okey with the exception of this one item, and on that it is merely a matter of determining whether or not they will be in a position to come up with a Section 18 without revision of 80 on 39A. t3 r._, 25 YEAR RE-REVIEW Approved For Release 2009/07/08: CIA-RDP78-05597A000200040053-3
