Chapter VI Coordinator
1. In conversation with I I Chapter VI SovBloc
Coordinator he indicated desires of the Economic Area, and
specifically to obtain the production allocations for
Section 62-D, Electric Power, and Section bj-.F, Construction
Materials, which are presently done by the Army engineers.

sonance with the way the rest of the :sections had been prepared.

allocation of these two sections to ORR.
3. As a substitute I suggested tol the possibility
of working out with the engineers an ad hoc arrangement on these
subsections on which they found difficulty or were anticipating the
long delays in production, permitting ORR to do the job and having
the subsections thus produced reviewed by the engineers.
