NIS Documents Unaccounted for on log of 68th Bomb Wg.
Lake Charles, La. -- 1955
The attached lists were handed in by Col. Hausman after the
NIS Committee meeting on 27 March 1956. Col. Hausman advised
that this NIS material was in all probability destroyed and the
record of destruction lost. However, he said that OSI/AF was
investigating and that he would report the ;outcome.
Today I checked on that and was advised by Col. Gaines that
the matter was still open6 and under investigation by OSI/AF.
He will inform us of the outcome when they receive the report.
