1. i am informed that you are aware of the operational
procedure in Publication Division which may have been a con-
tributing factor to the dispute between 25X1A9a
6 Junes 1456.

2. The practice followed bye of requesting correc-
tions or changes on individual graphic items during his ez&mina-
tion of a section will be discontinued immediately. In its stead
25X1A9a it is desired that- complete his examination of a section
and then cover all points in question in one meeting with the
team supervisor, and that this meeting be hold out of hearing
of any member of the team concerned, unless by mutual agree-
ment one or more of the members are requested to participate
in the discussion.
