Proposed Revision of Regulation 10-140
Printing and Reproduction, dated 27 Jan 1956
1. It is recommended that the proposed revision of Regulation
10-140 be concurred in except for paragraph 4.&.(b). With respect
to this paragraph it is suggested that it be ganended as shown in be
following:
4. a. (6) Reviewing and, when required, developing
in coordination with the A enc y activity concernnad,
printing specifications to assure consistency with required
results, available facilities, format, and comparative costs.
2. Since OBI is rospansiblee for coordinating the inter-agency
NIS Program, including the development of printing specifications
and forest for the HI in collaboration with tit* participa"S agencies,
it is essential that any development affecting the N1::= i'rjgran be
undertaken in coordination with Lhia ,ffic*.
