Program
Thank you for your kind invitation to address the Naval
Reserve Intelligence units contained in your memorandum of
5 September 1957.
I shall be delighted to address these units on the subject
of the National Intelligence Survey program in Building 52,
US Naval Observatory, at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday 24 September 1957.
