1. Reference letter requested that the . ,xport-Import Bank be
furnished copies of Chapter III (Sections 30 through 38), Chapter VI
(Sections 60 through 65), and Sectinns 50, 55, and 59 on NIS 30 (Iraq).
NIS 32 (Arabian Peninsula), and NIS 34 (Afghanistan), and further
requested that the Export-Import. Bank .e placed on the distribution
list for future releases of these NIS elements.
i. This request was considere3 and approved ?:--y tE NIS Committee
ut it regular meeting on 2 May V-157.
3. In conformity with the NIS Committee's decision, you are
authorized and requested to release Chapters III, VI. and Sections
50, 55, and 59 on NIS Areas 30, 32, and 34 to the Export-Import Bank
of Washington.
4. Authorization for release of future copies will be issued as
the sections are published.
