2. Dissemination of these NIS elernerts to the Maritime
Administration, :)epartrrment of Corx r eree, is to be on a continuing
basis as approved by the MIS Committee. It is requested, therefore,
that IA,-:D-45/12. Part II (Revision 8 dated L3 Januar~r, i 57) be
amended to reflect this action.
