NIS Chapter VII Outline Guide

The revised NIS Chapter Vii Outline Guide was submitted to the
NIS Committee members for consideration at Meeting No. 278 held 14 October
1958, ,toad at etinig No. 279 held on 5 November 1958 received general
approval of the Committee with the exceptions of the Army member.
The comments from the Army are submitted in attached miexnoranduin
dated 4? Nov,xr3er 1958. We find u-mat of the suggested changes unacceptable,
but desire the views of the SZC before proceeding further with the Outline Guide.
